I was charged twice for the same order

What’s happening: You have noticed a double-charge for the same order or may have received two receipts with two separate confirmation numbers in regards to the same order.

Answer: You can email the support team and let them know you were double-charged and they will issue the refund immediately. Be sure to email proof whenever applicable.

 

A double-charge typically would happen if a client hits the “submit” button more than once to expedite the process.
