What’s Happening: You placed an order, you might have forgotten your promo code(if applicable), or submitted the wrong due date.
Answer: There is an option to edit your order after it is placed, but it is minimal. If you do not see the opportunity to change what needs to be replaced, you can send a message to support within your order.
- Log in your account and navigate to “my orders.”
- Select the order that you need to change
- In the bottom right-hand side, you will see a messaging system.
- Select the tab “send to” and select “support” and send them a message in regards to what you might need change.
- Expect a response within 15 minutes.
