What’s Happening: You are experiencing issues with uploading either multiple files at once or a file that is too large within your order.

Answer: You can send an email to the customer support staff with the order number as your subject and include all of the files for us to upload on your behalf. For a more speedier reply, you can also visit “Gofile” or “Uploadfiles” and share the link with your writer within the order.
