Orders must be fully paid before downloads are available. If changes are needed, submit a revision request before approving the order. Free revisions are available within 7 days of the completion date with a  minimum standard of 32 hours turnaround. We recommend watching your paper once it hits the editing stage to be ahead of revision needs. All Revisions must be related to the original instructions. New instructions, files, or scope changes may require additional review time and fees.

Please communicate through the platform messaging system to avoid delays.  Do not share personal contact information or attempt off-platform communication.

Final drafts are typically the last files uploaded by the editor/writer. Be sure to rate your writer after approving your order. 

Tips are optional but appreciated.

Please do not download your order files until the order is marked as COMPLETED. Always clarify the files loaded if you are unsure of which item loaded is the final. The items are always listed in numerical order. Sometimes writers will submit first drafts or outlines depending on your instructions.

External Ranking- You will receive an email from Trust Index and/or Trust Pilot within 7 days of your order completion. Please take the time to do a review for us (good and bad) so that we can improve!
