What’s Happening: You are trying to find a way to talk to your writer in regards to your order.

 

Answer: You will have access to a messaging system that is located within your order. You will be able to chat and exchange files with your writer.

The client portal: Select the order in which you want to communicate with your writer. Towards the right-hand side, you will see a chat box to send a message to either the support team or to your writer.
