I made a payment, but it is showing that I haven’t
What’s Happening: You made a payment and you’re getting payment reminders or your order hasn’t been assigned.
Answer: Check your bank account. Whenever you make payments, you will receive a receipt and also confirmation from our website. You can send a screenshot of the receipt or money deducted from the account. If money hasn’t been deducted, we recommend you to resubmit the payment or contact us for an invoice. Please note, we can’t assign the order, until payment is made.
