Why hasn’t my order been assigned yet?

What’s Happening: You submitted your order, and haven’t received a notification via email or SMS that it has been assigned and your deadline is coming up.

Answer: There are only a few reasons as to why your order might not have been assigned.

  • You haven’t paid for your order yet. You might have received reminders to make payment. We do not start on any assignment until the order is paid.
  • The assignment process ranges from 30 minutes to roughly two days. So if you have any assignment that is due to a minimum of 5 days or more, It will be likely assigned within the first 48 hours of the order being posted.
  • In occasional instances, we are still locating a writer that is qualified and eligible to do your assignment, per your request or due to limited availability of a writer.
